Refund Policy
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Health and personal care products
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Clearance or final sale items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items returned with signs of use.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by K-Musculo.
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery, where accepted at our discretion.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We only replace products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped by K-Musculo
- A product damaged during transit
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Return Shipping Recommendations
If returning an item valued at more than USD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
K-Musculo is not responsible for returned packages that are lost during transit.
